Tennis 1/9/21 CAS (LO1, LO2, LO5)

 This month, I signed up for another tournament. Unfortunately, I had to pull out after my second match due to leg cramping. I was prepared to do well as I had played a good amount and had a lot of discussions with my coach in regards to what I should be doing mentally. Although I found that working with other people to help improve my tennis game was very helpful, I played quite poorly in that match that I actually played and I lost 2-6, 4-6. Although the score was better in the second set, I thought I played worse than I did in the first set. I've experienced multiple leg cramps over the past couple of months regardless of whether I've spent a great amount of time playing tennis. In some cases, I have had to pull out of matches simply because of muscle cramping. So I need to spend some time figuring out how to reduce the number of muscle cramps I have if possible. At no point do I want to risk getting an injury simply because I didn't take care of a muscle cramp.
