Running 4/22/21 CAS (LO1, LO4)

Since my last blog about running, my mile time has not improved much. Although I can certainly sprint a lot faster as I've been trying to improve my leg strength by working out with weights.  It will still take me about 6 minutes and 30 seconds to run a mile. I haven't timed how fast I can sprint, however, I would like to know how fast I am. Although I don't really enjoy exercising with weights, I find that it helps me run faster, and for that reason, I will continue to exercise with weights. Rather than trying to improve my mile time alone, I will probably try and find other runners to get advice from in order to help with how I go about long-distance running. Because in comparison to other sports I have played, I'm really not familiar with how to properly improve my running abilities. However, in the future, I hope to eventually improve my mile time significantly. Although, I am aware that trying to get a mile time faster than 6 minutes is very difficult.
